Innovative has partnered with the Go DIRect program to better serve our customers associated under the Texas DIR contract. This allows customers to purchase items directly from a DIR-contracted vendor, such as ourselves. Our website offers special product and pricing information for such affiliated parties allowing them to send purchase orders (with the DIR contract number attached) and payments directly to Innovative rather than through the DIR. This streamlines the order process assisting customers in receiving their products and services more quickly.

        Innovative Cabling System Warranty

        Innovative provides a product warranty for telecommunications cabling systems that utilize authorized Innovative products and qualified cable and are designed and installed by Authorized Innovative Designers and Installers in accordance with Innovative specifications. Systems using Qualified Cable are covered for a period of 15 years by the manufacturer from the date of completed installation.

        Any movements, additions, changes (MACs), or reductions are to be undertaken solely by Innovative. This will assure our work will perform to the Innovative standards. Having any other vendor perform MACs to our existing cabling renders Innovative’s warranty null and void.
